Our Story
Who Is Truett?
Truett is from the Texas hill country and has been cooking up all kinds of things most of his life. From very early on, he has entered (and won!) chili cook-offs and other food competitions all over the state. Many tweaks later, this is The One. The blend that everyone wants and begs him to fix for them.

With Truett's blessing, the patriarch of our Texas family, we are making his Texas Chili Mix recipe available to everyone. We have loved it for years and want to keep his legacy going strong.
